A NOTE TO THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE THE EVENT PLANNERS:
I want you to know that I love everything about women’s events– I love every bit of it! From the very beginning stages of the planning and all of the prayer that goes into the event to the speaking and sharing with all of the women! I love it all. Since you have arrived at this portion of my site obviously you have questions and are interested in finding out more about Kathryn speaking at your event, here are some things to know:
Speaker’s Packet
We are happy to send your retreat committee a complementary keynote CD and speakers packet.
When you are in the process of planning your event some things that you might want to begin thinking about are the following:
- How many woman are expected to attend
- What is the goal of your retreat (i.e. relational, spiritual, family, blended families, coaching, recovery, etc.)
- Your organization/ministry approximate date of interest
- Do you already have a theme in mind, or is that something you would like to work together to develop

Fees
~ Please contact Kathryn’s personal assistant Jamie Johnson for questions, scheduling speaking engagements and more information on fees.
~ We ask that Kathryn be provided with a book table area and a volunteer assistant so that she may sell her books, CD’s and other items.
Travel Information
- Your group is responsible for transportation and lodging to, from and during the event.
- For Texas travel to Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, the cost is $.40 per mile both ways, as well as accommodations, if needed.
- When driving, Kathryn might bring an assistant to help with driving as well as to help run the book table at the event. This will be discussed with each group beforehand. If Kathryn is bringing an assistant, the group is responsible for the assistant’s meals and accommodations. (Sometimes a shared room with Kathryn is fine, but not always as she likes to have her prayer and quiet time during the events, and truly desires to come to your event refreshed and ready.)
- For other areas in the United States, the group is responsible for airfare, transportation and accommodations for Kathryn to and from the event site.
- Kathryn is traveling from Austin, TX flying from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport
