LIFE PURPOSE COACHING

Life Purpose Coaching, inspired by Katie Brazelton, involves speaking with Christian women who want to find direction through prayer, Scripture, and other encouraging literature.

The Process and Results

This program involves ten thought-provoking sessions with the goal of aligning your heart, mind, and soul with God’s purpose for your life. Session topics include:

• Unearthing Blockades to Your Purposes
• Enjoying the Fun Side of Your Unique Purposes
• Laughter
• Making Perspective Work for You
• Moving beyond negativity toward healthy, God-centered thoughts and actions
• Drawing upon current personality and character qualities that make you who you are

Life Purpose Coaching is flexible. We can conduct sessions via telephone, and the interactive conversations can be tailored to your needs to keep them fun, engaging, and inspiring.

Life Purpose Coaching Expectations

Each of the ten sessions lasts approximately 45-55 minutes, and prayer is a vital part of our work together. The initial session is used as a “set-up” call or an “intake session” to help us get acquainted and develop a longer-term plan. The remaining sessions require advanced reading and writing from Conversations On Purpose by Katie Brazelton.

Both Life Purpose and Personal Life Coaching begins with connecting. It involves guiding a person or group from where they are to the fulfillment and destination for which they long and were created. Unlike therapy, which focuses on healing from the past, life coaching helps individuals gain clarity, implement productive changes, and move forward toward wholeness, destiny and purpose.

To ensure we form a valuable partnership, I offer one (1) free coaching session by phone to anyone interested in life coaching through Soul Space Studio. During coaching conversations, you can expect to be heard, understood, encouraged and challenged to make healthy steps toward the purpose to which God calls you.

Continuing the Journey

If you are happy with the outcome of your free coaching conversation, there are a variety of different programs to best meet your needs and desires:

• Awakenings Life Coaching: Three 40-minute phone coaching sessions per month by phone for a minimum of 3-6 months. (Put the link to my AwakeningsLifeCoaching.com)
• Life Purpose Coaching: Ten 45-50-minute phone coaching sessions using Dr. Katie Brazelton’s book Conversations on Purpose.
